The Life Mentorship Program is an online 2 weeks program training new mentors to be mentors of themselves and others for the physical, emotional, psychological, spiritual and general well-being. The program provides online videos, audios and written course material. The material is prepared by Salah Gherbi and Sue Cawthorne experienced in spiritual awareness, mentoring, coaching and preparing the new seeds of lightworkers.

W1 : Introduction to Mind, Body and Spirit

W2 : Benefits of different types of meditation

The first week is an introduction about the connection between Mind, Body and Spirit, presenting a few activities and techniques promoting our well-being on all levels, to mention a few, elicit relaxation meditation, elicit joy meditation and silent meditation. The first week really presents the basics foundation of spiritual awareness. In the writing material courses, you have the opportunity to track yourself with a checklist and write your personal experiences.

The second week presents the different types of meditation you can benefit to go deeper within you, release stress, build up higher energy and empower yourself. The action of breathing, staring, walking and other ways are shown in a specific way. Certain tools such as crystal, flowers and candles are used. Similar to the first week, in the writing material courses, you have the opportunity to track yourself with a checklist and write your personal experiences.

What can you expect and what are the benefits from this course ?


Physical Benefits of Meditation 

  • Deep rest, as measured by decreased metabolic rate, lower heart rate, and reduced work load of the heart. 

  • Lowered levels of cortisol and lactate two chemicals associated with stress. 

  • Reduction of free radicals - unstable oxygen molecules that can cause tissue damage. 

  • It increases blood flow and slows the heart rate.

  • Increases exercise tolerance in heart patients.

  • Decreased high blood pressure.

  • Higher skin resistance. Low skin resistance is correlated with higher stress and anxiety levels.

  • Drop in cholesterol levels. High cholesterol is associated with cardiovascular disease.
